The hotel features a stunning lobby with beautiful architecture. I enjoyed the comfy bed. it's honestly one of the best I've slept in. The room had a modern design, and the industrial shower looked stylish. Staff members were friendly and welcome, providing excellent service during our stay. However, navigating the room amenities proved challenging. The complex lighting setup took way too long to figure out. I had a tough time with the bathroom doors. they felt too thin and were hard to manage simultaneously. The bathroom could use more countertop space, which made getting ready a bit of a hassle. Despite the luxury feel, it didn't fully meet the functional needs for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to museums and restaurants. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of potential with its beautiful design, some functionality issues need addressing.

My stay at the Conservatorium was good! The elegant lobby and fine breakfast offerings impressed me. Dealing with inconsistent service made some moments less enjoyable. A fantastic experience that I'd recommend, especially for its prime location amidst Amsterdam's charm.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city and beautiful surroundings. The concierge was particularly amazing—Mr. Etan helped us secure museum tickets we thought would be impossible. Plus, they accommodated our service dog with ease.
In my wife’s opinion, better family-oriented activities would be great.
